Lanzarote; a tour with Ana Duato.

We advance you the introduction of this fantastic program broadcasted by RTVE. It was last week. Accompanied by the actress Ana Duato, they walked trough some places of the island, a tour of Lanzarote:

On the event of the Lanzarote wine Run, accompanied by Ricardo Morales a step ago, collector of salt in northern Lanzarote. Juan Perdomo, shows us how to cook crispy chips and sweet brunette potato with «gofio». He travels to La Graciosa to see how Carlos Hernandez fishes the olds, and then cooks at the sea, right in front of the hand of Maria del Mar, a restorer of the island.

What could you find on a tour of Lanzarote

We can see the native canary black pig in La Finca de la Uga, cheeses and wines from La Geria, with its curious crop protection by the strong winds, or cultivation of lentils in the most traditional way.
